APARTMENTS IN RIGA - FAQ

Deposits

a. We ask to pay the Reservation Deposit 10 Euro per night to book the apartment. In some cases (for example, if it is the hottest season, or some popular events are taking place in Riga) the reservation deposit might be 20 Euro. It can be paid either by credit card (read more about our billing company http://www.firstdata.lv ) or to our bank account. Please, notice, the reservation deposit is NON-refundable.

b. We ask to pay you the secure deposit 100 Euro when you receive the keys. If there will be no damages or loses you will receive this deposit back after check out when you return us the keys.

Keys from apartments

You will receive in the apartment after paying the full sum for your staying plus the secure deposit. We will arrange the way how we will meet

Either our office staff will met you near the apartment building, in our office or if you order the transfer, we will deliver you from the airport to the apartment.

Payments

a. The rest of the sum for the apartment (after paying the reservation deposit) plus the secure deposit you will have to pay in Riga in CASH when you receive the keys.

b. We accept Euro, Lats and Pounds and US dollars. But we DO NOT ACCEPT travel checks. We would really appreciate if you will use the bank mashine (if needed) in advance.

Late Arrival and Transfers

a. price for fransfer from the airport to the apartment (from 1 to 3-4 people) is 25 Euro; if the number of people is bigger, the price vary.

b. We charge 10 Euro for late arrival (after 8.00 p.m.) and early departure (before 8.00 a.m.); there is no 10 Euro charge if you take our transfer

Check Outs

a. much like a hotel, check out time is mormally 12 o'clock daytime. Anyway, if there are no other clients arriving that day and you would like to stay longer, we can offer you to stay at that apartment free of charge.

b. Please, notice, for early check outs (early departure before 8 a.m.) we chagre 10 Euro. And there is no charge if you take our transfer.

General Questions

a. we have cold/hot water 24/7 in Riga. But very rarely it may occur a short interruption in the hot water suppliment due to some technical maintenance. Many apartments are equipped with the water electric boiler, which provides non-stop heating of the water.

b. Bed linen and towels are provided in each apartment. It is included to the rent price. But if you need the additional cleaning, it is also possible for additional price (vary from 10- 15 Euro depends on the apartment size).

c. It is possible to ask the office staff to provide some food supply to the apartment where you will be staying. We can offer you standard "breakfast food package" which includes the following products:

Bread - 1 loaf
Milk - 1 liter
Eggs - 1 pack
Coca Cola - 1 bottle (2 liters)
Mineral Water - 1 botle (1/5 liters)
Beer 4 botlles (0.5 liters)
Price for this service is 15 Euro.
